Where is Monzoro based and where do you ship?

Monzoro is a British brand, designed and hand-finished in the UK, and we ship worldwide. Whether you're in the UK, across Europe, the US, Canada, Australia or beyond, your order will reach you fully tracked from dispatch to doorstep. Wherever you are, you'll receive the same hand-finished pieces we send everywhere.

How much is shipping, and is it ever free?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order, so you always see the exact cost before you pay. Delivery is free on UK & EU orders over £75, and free to the US, Canada, Australia and the rest of the world on orders over £150. Below those thresholds, rates start from £2.95 in the UK, £5 across the EU, £13.95 to the US, £15 to Canada and £18 to the rest of the world.

How long will my order take?

We dispatch within one to two business days of your order being placed. From there, estimated delivery is two to four business days within the UK, four to eight across Europe, five to ten to the US and Canada, and seven to fourteen to Australia and the rest of the world. As soon as your parcel is on its way, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the journey.

Will I pay customs or import duties?

Orders to the US are sent duties-paid (DDP), which means there are no customs charges to settle on arrival. For other countries outside the UK, your order may be subject to local import duties or taxes set by your own customs authority, typically payable on delivery. These charges are outside our control and aren't included in the price at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, alongside Apple Pay and Google Pay for a faster checkout. Every payment is processed securely through Stripe, so your details are handled to the highest standard. Prices throughout the site are shown in pounds sterling (£).

What is your returns policy?

We offer 30-day returns. Items should be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, complete with tags and packaging. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect, in which case we'll cover it. Once your return reaches us, refunds are issued within five to seven working days. For full details, see our Shipping & Returns page.

What size are your pocket squares?

Our pocket squares are a classic 13" x 13" (33 x 33 cm), the most versatile size for a pocket square and one that suits every popular fold, from a clean presidential to a relaxed puff. For measurements on our scarves and ascots as well, take a look at our Size Guide.

How do I care for my silk?

Silk rewards a little care. Dry-clean or gently hand-wash in cool water, never wring it, and press on a low heat through a cloth to protect the fibres. Store your pieces flat or loosely rolled rather than crushed, and they'll keep their lustre for years. You'll find the full routine in our Silk Care Guide.

How will my order be packaged?

Your pieces arrive in branded Monzoro packaging as standard — pocket squares in a branded envelope, scarves and ascots in their own box — ready to give or to keep.
