Below those thresholds, delivery is £2.95 in the UK, £5 in the EU, £13.95 to the US, £15 to Canada and £18 elsewhere. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Yes. DHL Express is available at checkout to the United States, Canada and many other destinations, priced by address and weight before you pay. Standard delivery is dispatched from the UK within 1–2 business days and then takes 2–4 business days in the UK, 4–8 in the EU and 5–10 to the US and Canada. Express shortens the time in transit, not the time to dispatch, so if you are ordering for a specific date please allow for both.

US customers pay nothing on arrival: Monzoro sends US orders duties-paid (DDP), so import charges are settled before the parcel leaves the UK. For other countries outside the UK, local import duties or taxes may be charged by your customs authority on arrival, and these are the customer's responsibility. UK orders have no customs charges. If you are unsure, check your country's threshold for low-value imports before ordering.

Monzoro accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay for a faster checkout on mobile. Every payment is processed securely through Stripe. All prices on monzoro.com are shown in pounds sterling (GBP); if you pay with a card issued in another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own rate. You receive an order confirmation by email as soon as payment is taken.

Every order arrives in branded Monzoro packaging. Pocket squares come in a branded envelope, and silk scarves and ascots each come in their own box, which makes them easy to give as gifts without extra wrapping. Orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse within 1–2 business days and every parcel is tracked.

You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it, provided it is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, complete with tags and packaging. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect, in which case Monzoro covers it. Yes. Monzoro ships to the EU including Ireland, and to Australia, from our UK warehouse. EU orders qualify for free delivery over £75 and typically arrive in 4–8 days; Australian orders are free over £150 and take about 7–14 days. Because parcels leave the UK, EU and Australian customs may apply local import duties or VAT on arrival, which the customer pays. Every order is tracked.

Dry cleaning is the safest option, especially for printed or coloured silk. Otherwise, hand wash in cool water with a mild detergent, without soaking, scrubbing or wringing, then dry flat away from direct sun or heat. Iron on the low silk setting while the square is slightly damp, on the reverse, through a cloth. Keep silk away from perfume, aftershave and alcohol, which can leave permanent marks. All Monzoro pocket squares are 13 x 13 inches (33 x 33 cm), one size. That is a standard pocket-square size that sits well in the breast pocket of most modern suits and blazers and works for the flat (presidential), puff, one-point, two-point and three-point folds. If your jacket has an unusually deep pocket, use a wider base fold or tuck a folded card behind the square so it does not sink.

Monzoro pocket squares and scarves are made from premium silk, printed and hand-finished. Pocket squares are 33 x 33 cm (13 x 13 inches) and scarves are cut longer for layering over a jacket or coat, with exact measurements on the Size Guide. Lapel pins are polished metal, with enamel detailing on selected designs, and need no special care. Because each silk piece is hand-finished, slight natural variation in finish and pattern placement is normal rather than a fault.
