We ship worldwide with full tracking, so wherever you are, your order is followed every step of the way. Every Monzoro piece arrives in branded packaging as standard — pocket squares in a branded envelope, scarves and ascots in their own box — ready to give or to keep.
Dispatch & Tracking
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. The moment your parcel leaves us, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it all the way to your door.

DHL Express is available at checkout to the US, Canada and many other countries when you'd like your order to arrive sooner. Please note that delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch, not guarantees.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
US orders are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means there are no customs charges to settle on arrival — the price you see is the price you pay. For other destinations outside the UK (including the EU post-Brexit), orders may be subject to local import duties, VAT or taxes set by your customs authority and payable on delivery. These charges are determined by your local authority and are the customer's responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer 30-day returns from the date of delivery, and this is in addition to your statutory rights. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags attached and returned in their original packaging. If an item arrives faulty or we've sent the wrong one, we'll cover the return postage and refund you in full. For all other returns, return postage is the customer's responsibility.
How to Start a Return
Email hello@monzoro.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within one business day with the return address and full instructions. We don't publish the return address publicly, so that every return can be logged and tracked correctly on its way back to us.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us and passes inspection, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. We'll send you an email to confirm the moment it's done.
Non-Returnable Items
For reasons of hygiene and fairness, we're unable to accept items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery, along with any final-sale or personalised items.
