Caring for your silk

Treated well, fine silk only gets better with time. A few simple habits will keep your Monzoro pocket squares, scarves and ascots looking their best for years.

Cleaning

• Dry cleaning is safest. For pressed silk and anything with rich colour or print, professional dry cleaning is the gentlest option.
• Hand-wash with care. If you prefer, hand-wash separately in cool water with a little mild detergent. Don't soak, don't scrub, and never wring — gently press the water out instead.
• Avoid everyday hazards. Keep silk away from perfume, aftershave, alcohol and water spotting, which can mark the fibres.

Drying & pressing

• Lay flat or hang to dry, away from direct sunlight and radiators.
• Iron on a low / silk setting while slightly damp, with a cloth barrier between the iron and the silk.

Storing & travelling

• Store flat or loosely rolled rather than tightly folded, so creases don't set.
• For travel, roll your pocket square or scarf and keep it in a soft pouch or its Monzoro packaging.

Dispatch & Tracking

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. The moment your parcel leaves us, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Delivery Times & Costs

Delivery is free to the United Kingdom and the EU on every order, with no minimum spend. Everywhere else, delivery is free on orders over £75. Below that threshold, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order.

DHL Express is available at checkout to the United States and Canada at £37.95, and to the rest of the world from £48.95 depending on weight, with free express delivery on rest-of-world orders over £400. There is no express option to the United Kingdom or the EU, where standard tracked delivery is already free. Please note that delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch, not guarantees.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

US orders are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means there are no customs charges to settle on arrival — the price you see is the price you pay. For other destinations outside the UK (including the EU post-Brexit), orders may be subject to local import duties, VAT or taxes set by your customs authority and payable on delivery. These charges are determined by your local authority and are the customer's responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 30-day returns from the date of delivery, and this is in addition to your statutory rights. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags attached and returned in their original packaging. If an item arrives faulty or we've sent the wrong one, we'll cover the return postage and refund you in full. For all other returns, return postage is the customer's responsibility.

How to Start a Return

Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within one business day with the return address and full instructions. We don't publish the return address publicly, so that every return can be logged and tracked correctly on its way back to us.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and passes inspection, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. We'll send you an email to confirm the moment it's done.

Non-Returnable Items

For reasons of hygiene and fairness, we're unable to accept items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery, along with any final-sale or personalised items.
